Our Finishing Capabilities
Sulfuric anodizing improves appearance while providing color, wear resistance, and corrosion protection. Clear Class 1 and dyed Class 2 finishes are available. See the Color Chart for available colors.
Type II Anodizing
Grit blasting and glass beading prepare and texture surfaces, improve coating adhesion, create matte finishes, and remove contaminants. We however do not use glass bead or aluminum oxide we have a proprietary blend that will give you the best satin/matte finish with no fingerprinting.
Media Blasting
Hardcoat anodizing creates a dense, abrasion-resistant finish for demanding applications. Natural Class 1 and dyed Class 2 finishes are available.
Type III Hardcoat Anodizing
Precision masking protects specified areas during anodizing and media blasting for controlled, consistent results.
Precision Masking
Passivation removes free iron from stainless steel and improves corrosion resistance. Nitric acid processing is available.

Chromate Conversion Coating (ROHS and NON ROHS)
Chromate conversion coating protects aluminum alloys from corrosion and can support paint adhesion. Available options include clear or gold hexavalent finishes and clear non-hexavalent finishes.
